Remember your younger days and school. All the walking, running and playing. From those early ages of school right into high school you were daily active. Most of the time you were probably playing so hard that you didn't even want to take the time to stop and eat lunch or dinner. It seems that in our younger years we were always on the move.

Then as we get older we find our schedules and life changing so much, that we rarely walk, run or play. Then as we get even older and our health starts to fail, aches and pains set in, potential weight problems, heart problems and other things. Our doctors encourage us to exercise, walk, workout and daily eat healthy foods.
